In Finland all teachers in primary, secondary and high school must have Master's level degree.

In primary school Master's degree in Education, and from grade 7 upwards typically Master's degree in domain subject (e.g., Mathematics, Biology, English language, ...) and one year teacher's specialization education.

The same would hold for Informatics teachers, if there were such ones. To my knowledge only University of Eastern Finland provides a teacher specialization in Informatics.
